Download the Metro Bank Authenticator app

We have a new mobile Authenticator app that you can use to approve your requests instead of using your security device.

Step 1:

Select ‘App Store’ or ‘Google play’ below. A QR code will pop up on this screen - scan it with your phone, and you’ll be able to download the app.

To download the app without scanning the QR codes, search ‘Metro Bank Authenticator app’ on your app store.

Step 2:

Once you have downloaded the app, click on ‘Authenticator App’ below. A QR code will pop up on this screen, and you need to scan it in the app to link your account

Click 'Continue' under the QR code.
